The Town of Stannard, working with the Caledonia County Natural Resources Conservation District, requests bids from qualified contractors to remove of an existing 72” culvert and install a three-sided rigid frame structure with stone infill, headwalls, wingwalls, guardrail, road reconstruction, stream bank restoration, and all associated work as outlined in the bid plans in Stannard, Vermont.  The bidding schedule is as follows:

RFP release: Wednesday February 4, 2026

Pre-bid meeting: Wednesday February 11, 2026 at 1 pm

Questions due: Monday February 16, 2026

Bids due: Wednesday March 4, 2026 at 4 pm

Notice of Award: Friday, March 13, 2026

Details of the project are provided in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders, which can be found below.  Electronic copies of the project plans, the advertisement for bid, and all other bid documents will be emailed to all bidders that request them via email to emily@caledoniacountynrcd.org or are present at the pre-bid meeting and provide their email address.
