Eric is the owner / operator of Tamarlane Farm LLC in Lyndon, Vermont, a certified organic 100% grass based dairy and beef operation that also has an on-farm commercial compost facility. Eric's farm manages 200 acres of woodlands with a 2000 tap sugarbush. They own 240 acres and rent an additional 360 acres of pasture / cropland. Eric has been a Caledonia County Natural Resources Conservation District Supervisor since 2020.
